These terms apply to quotes, bookings, and seasonal Christmas lighting work provided by Comet Christmas Lights in the Greater Tampa Bay area.
Quotes and booking
Quotes are based on the details you provide and on what we observe at your property. A quote is not confirmed until we agree on a scope and an installation date. Prices may change if the scope changes.
Ownership of lights and materials
Lights, clips, timers, and mounting hardware supplied as part of your seasonal service remain the property of Comet Christmas Lights. They are installed for the season, removed after the holidays, and stored by us. Each season is booked separately.
Scheduling, access, and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the areas being decorated and to a working exterior power source. We may reschedule for weather or safety conditions. If we cannot safely access an area, we will discuss alternatives with you.
Seasonal maintenance
Seasonal maintenance is included with your service. Contact us if part of your display stops working and we will schedule a service visit.
Removal and storage
We return after the holiday season on a scheduled date to remove the display and take the materials with us for storage.
